Fill out Design Questionnaire + Letter of Agreement
Fill our our E-Design Lifestyle Questionnaire below so we can understand your project scope, requirements and get to know you! The letter of agreement will be e-mailed to you.
Inspiration Photos + Ideas
Share your inspiration with us! This includes online links to photos, images, magazine clippings, etc. We love when you invite us to join your Pinterest or Houzz boards too!
Photos + Measurements
Email us your photos and room measurements. Measuring guides are available upon request. Make sure to include anything that is staying the the space with a photo and dimensions.
Payment
Purchase your room(s). Once we receive your payment, E-Design Life Style Questionnaire + Letter of Agreement, photos, room measurements, and inspiration, the design process will begin. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery!
What is included?
Design/Mood Board
We will provide a design/mood board to visually depict your custom design.
Floor Plan
A floor plan of the space to illustrate where to place your items.
Material List
We will include links so that you can purchase your items.
Notes:
One (1) Revision of the design board and floor plan is included. All other changes will be billed at our hourly rate. All changes must be communicated within 15 days of initial design presentation.
